Acne on my face help?

i have acne on my face and i want to get rid of it i use this cream called "differen'' and i kinda works it some goes away on my face it comes back in a different part of my face does any1 have tips that work to get rid of it pleeeeeeeeeaaaaaase i graduate this year and i dont want 2 graduate with acne on my face please and i want tips that work like products and things i can do to prevent it
