Question about some lamps at Gabbi's Mexican Kitchen in Orange, CA.?

At Gabbi's, she has these rustic-looking hanging lamps on the inside of the restaurant that hang in front of the entrance wall where the door is. They are inside, not in the patio area. They're hanging in groups of three from the ceiling in the corners and are above the two corner tables on either the left or right side of the front door. Where could I buy these lamps or at least lamps like these? Thanks a lot!
