Trying to find a shampoo to reduce hair loss?

Has anyone used this type of shampoo? "DS Laboratories Revita High Performance Hair Growth Stimulating Shampoo" After about a year of going to all sorts of doctors (primary, endocrinologist, derm) they really have no idea why my hair is falling out. I'm a normal healthy 28 year old female. They wrote me a prescription for Rogaine, but I'd like to try and find an alternative first. Thanks!
