My roomie is on an ncaa football team and uses roids. who can i report this to?

You don't even sound as if you're out of middle school yet, so I doubt you're "roomie" is taking roids. In any case, if it would be true, roids violate federal law and you'd call the DEA or the FBI. Either way, both would be involved.
