2 Fi BTL or 2 RE XXX subwoofers, both only 12"?

Which ones if money was no concern. I want quality over loudness. Would 2 make a huge difference than just having a single one. I need to put them in the trunk of a Ford Focus (Do I have enough space for the box? How big are the boxes usually?). I am leaning towards the RE XXX and they will both be powered by a Rockford Fosgate 1500.1, or should I go with the 2000.1? One amp per sub? Sealed enclosure or ported? I like lots of techno but rap too. I am really lost and don't have time to go to a shop
