Am I going too far with my valentine's day ideas?

So, there's this girl whom I really really love. We first talked to each other many months after we saw each other for the first time and she talked to me really cute. I started to like her and eventually dropped her the bombshell, but she laughed. From that day on, I kept thinking that I have to keep trying to get her, which I did. Recently, I asked her if she would be my valentine and she said yes. My doubt is that I have this huge idea (Which includes flowers, chocolates, a silver necklace, watching a movie (maybe August Rush) and then taking her out to dinner. So, since we don't talk a lot, am I going too far?
