Help? I don't know what's wrong with me?

Ok so i had a sinus infection, but that's gone. Now i'm getting this horrible severe headaches and no medicine helps. I've taken 6 Excedrin and it won't make it go away. I have high pain tolerance usually, so something has to be bad for me to complain. I also get very nauseous and dizzy when I get the headaches. I get chills and very clammy. I turn really pale, but my head feels like it is burning. The pain is in the front and side part of my head. I'm cold to touch, but my head is hot. I have no fever though. Any ideas? :/
