I am a people-pleaser and have problems saying "no" to things. How should I fix this?

a head doctor would say your an enabler not a big deal but definatly should start saying no sometimes because people will take advantage of you my friend is this way and it hurts to watch no matter how bad he dont want to do something he will still say yes just pick your battles man good luck
