Unless you can find an optimologist or other doctor who knows of something that actually works. Nothing OTC or at the dept. store, or even crap online will actually make your lashes 'grow'. Look for lengthing mascara, it clumps less and gets to the end of your lashes. Also use an eyelash primer, gives your mascara move volume to hold onto, especially at the ends. Finally the way you put on your mascara is important, look up a youtube video. Start by curling, wiggle the wand at the tips of your lashes, then start at the base and work your way out, pushing upwards to keep the curl. If you still aren't satisfied, look into fake eyelashes, with a little practice they're pretty easy.
