Who has the best bundle pkg long term for internet and HD tv?

I'm comparing between cox, verizon and Directv who can offer me the most for less. I'm not a big user of the internet Internet download speed up to 3 Mbps, upload speed up to 768 Kbps is good. I don't really watch much TV either, but have to have local channels and FOODNETWORK.
