What are some quick simple fundraisers that my softball team and I can use.?

I'm on the junior varsity team at my school and we really need to fundraise for our team because we only have 2 softball bats one of which is broke , and a friend of mine brings hers which gives us 2. We also need to buy new catchers gear because if the ball hits her it hurts because the stuff isn't good because it is so old and used, Varsity coach took all of the good equpment. We also need to get some new helmets because most of our girls on the team have either a small or medium head, but we were left with only the larges and extra larges. The varsity coach is being a jerk, he wants both teams to fundraise all together so we can help build an away dugout.( This year the girls got a new softball field, normally we played on the Fairgrounds field which was filled with rocks), but the thing is we the JV team are not allowed to use it because it is Varsity field.Why fund 4 stuff we're not allowed to use. It's not fair.
