What's the best Horse for me?
You can find all sorts of personalities in any breed. Even though Quarters are usually steady, there is always that one in a thousand that flips out. Arabs are known to be hot but there are many quiet reliable ones out there. Look for personality before breed, steady not spooky, dependable and sound. Find one that is well broke and has a history of health and safe riding. It's well worth the extra money you may spend. A grade horse is just as good as a registered one and usually cheaper. The last things you should depend you decision on should be color, ,a good mare is as good as a good gelding,(no stallions for novices! The romance quickly fades!) and age if it's between 5 and 15. Training and compatibility with your body type and experience is what you need to consider over papers and prettiness. look for soundness and sensibility and you can never go wrong.
