Will God forgive all of this?

If I've thought evil against Him almost (if not every) day for the past year, said evil things to other people about Him, deliberately sinned, been sarcastic even when I believed it was real, been vicious and slanderous against Him in my mind, out loud, and in my actions for the last year or more, can I be forgiven? I know blasphemy of the Holy Spirit won't be forgiven. At want point is it unforgivable? Jesus said "Forgive them, for they know not what they do" and Paul said "I was formerly a blasphemer, but I found forgiveness because I did it in ignorance and unbelief", but if the people Jesus was talking about had done it in full knowledge (Judas?), would they have been forgiven? And if Paul had persecuted the Christians with full knowledge, would it have been forgiven? My thoughts are too hateful to utter, and I'm not exaggerating.
